Title: Tasty Tahini Dressing

1/4cTahini;
6tbWater;
2tbFresh lemon juice;
 dsRed (cayenne) pepper;

Tahini, also called sesame paste, is available natural food stores. This is nice on fish, poultry, tofu, omelets or salads. Blend all ingredients together with wire whisk. Makes about 1/2 cup.
